Vocal Dimension, the Redhill-based women’s barbershop chorus, has returned triumphant from a major national competition winning a Gold medal in the small chorus category and securing a place in the Sweet Adelines International Convention being held in Baltimore, USA in November 2014.
The contest, held in the Sage Gateshead, was part of the Sweet Adelines
International Convention for the UK and the Netherlands
which took place over the weekend 10th - 12th May, 2013.

Vocal Dimension formed in 2010 and has grown from a small
handful of singers to a 28-strong chorus.
Under the leadership of Valerie
Taylor, their Musical Director, they have previously
enjoyed success in the regional contest winning Silver
medals in the past two years.
This year they surpassed all expectations by not only
winning the Gold medal in their category but achieving an
impressively high score which earns them a place in the
International competition being held in America next year.
