Vocal Dimension is an international award-winning a cappella chorus based in Redhill, Surrey.

Established in January 2010, we have now grown to a multi award winning 30-strong group. The four-part style in which we sing is one of the most challenging and rewarding styles for a vocal ensemble.

Singing without any musical accompaniment, we use the blend of our voices, energy and  enthusiasm to create magical music which touches and inspires our audiences. We sing everything from traditional barbershop and show tunes to modern popular music.

As well as entertaining audiences across London and the South East, we also enjoy entering music competitions. In June 2012 we were awarded first place in the Barbershop class at the International Bournemouth Music Competition Festival.

In addition, as members of Sweet Adelines International – the worldwide women’s barbershop organisation – we compete regularly in the annual regional competition (for the UK & Netherlands).

The first two years we came away with the silver then the following year we won gold! We also qualified (as the highest scoring small chorus in the world) to take part in an international competition in Baltimore, USA, in November 2014. The experience was incredible and we were extremely proud to represent the UK. We came home with an International silver medal and the Audience Choice Award for the most entertaining performance. Such a huge achievement!

During the 2015 regional competition we won gold again and also qualified for the International competition, but this time in Las Vegas, 2016, where we came away with another International silver medal.

We very much enjoy competing and performing at every opportunity and we are very excited to see what the future holds.
