What a year it’s been for Vocal Dimension Chorus! We’re still buzzing from our unforgettable success at Sing United International 2026 in Manchester. Performing on the world-class stage of Bridgewater Hall in our stunning new blue-and-silver costumes, we delivered Come Fly With Me and The Way You Look Tonight and were crowned AA Division Champions with our highest-ever score of 630 — finishing an incredible 4th overall. Celebrations, afterglow harmonies, and proud moments with our Future Voices members made it a weekend to remember.

Looking ahead, we’re thrilled to have accepted the invitation to compete in the Harmony Classic Division AA at the Sing United International Convention in Seattle 2027. The journey continues, and the excitement is already building in rehearsals!

Summer has been full of community and connection. We had a brilliant time performing at the Access for All Fest at Carew Manor, raising funds for the Sherwood Foundation Charity (and finishing with a well-earned Mr Whippy!). We also welcomed special visitors: Lisa Goodanew from Metro Mix Chorus (Iowa) sang with us for three wonderful weeks, and Lorraine Nash joined a recent rehearsal — complete with delicious chocolates from Viva Acappella.

On a lighter note, our members’ dogs celebrated National Dog Day by proudly posing (and occasionally chewing) with our shiny new medals. Pure joy!
